The magazine itself will have details about the various Pokémon games, goodies, movies, and more. In the first issue, there will be a comparison between Pokémon Ruby / Omega and Pokémon Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire, including details from Shigeru Ohmori (the Director) and some storyboards from the games.

This first issue will also include:

Odoru? Pokémon Ongaku tai

Last week, yet another Pokémon app for smartphones was announced: it’s called Odoru? Pokémon Ongaku tai (lit: Dance? Pokémon Band). Basically, it’s a rhythm game, in which you have to tap in rhythm with the music (the main theme of the latest Pokémon movie, as well as the current ending for the animated series).

The gameplay is rather simple: there’s various musical notes on the screen, and you have to tap on the corresponding Pokémon when they come over them. Doing so in perfect rhythm will allow you to get some berries, that you can then use to summon Hoopa, who will in turn summon more Pokémon via one of its portals. At the beginning, you can play with Hawlucha, Pancham, Pikachu and Chespin.

This app ties in with the latest Pokémon movie (Hoopa & The Clash of Ages, coming on July 18th), but we don’t know when it will be released in Japan.
