Dai Gyakuten Saiban: launch trailer, commercials, details about the DLC, more
Today, Capcom revealed some new details about Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Bouken, and more precisely the DLC. They also uploaded the launch trailer and various commercials!
DLC
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies was the first game in the series to get DLC. There was three kinds of contents: a special quizz (only in Japan), some bonus costumes and an extra case. Of course, Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Bouken is getting some DLC too, but it will be a tad different.
As mentionned previously, the DLC for Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodou will be called the Randst Magazine (a name inspired by the Strand Magazine, in which the Sherlock Holmes stories were first published). Each week, there will be an “issue”, which costs 300 Yen and comes with short episodes, beta music, character art, makings-of. There will also be a special issue for free, for players buying the game before July 19th.
In other words, this DLC is just like the one for Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney!

Misc
Capcom also announced various collabrations for the game:
– a brand new Real-Life Escape Game was announced: it will take place from September to December, at the Meiji-Mura Park;
– there will be some special Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Bouken-themed dishes at the Capcom Bar locations;
– h.NAOTO will start selling Iris Watson apparel next month;
– some special Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Bouken jewelry by Fatima Design will be made.
Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodou Ryuunosuke no Bouken (3DS) comes out on July 9th in Japan.
