Pokémon Sun and Moon
A few weeks ago, The Pokémon Company mentioned a feature to be introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon: Hyper Training. It’s a special type of training that allows you to “draw forth a Pokémon’s power to its utmost limit” by increasing the individual strengths of a Pokémon even after it’s reached Level 100. To do so, you need to use Bottle Caps.
Last week, in a video uploaded on YouTube, V-Jump gave some additional details about that feature. It turns out there may be several kinds of Bottle Caps:
- Silver Bottle Cap: allows you to improve only one stat
- Gold Bottle Cap: not currently known, but we can assume it allows you to increase all stats at once.
Unfortunately, there’s still a lot we don’t know about Hyper Training: how do you get Bottle Caps? How many of them are there inthe game? Is there a limit to the number of times you can use Bottle Caps on a single Pokémon?

Pokémon Sun and Moon (3DS) comes out on November 18th in Japan and North America, and November 23rd in Europe.
