[North America] Nintendo 3DS Themes of the week (Feb. 18)

This week, there’s four Nintendo 3DS Themes releasing in North America, including two for Fire Emblem Fates: one for Birthright, and one for Conquest. There’s also the same Pokémon theme coming out tomorrow in Europe (released yesterday in Japan), and the latest theme from the SEGA Hardware series.
