Nintendo Switch: Hardware overview video, TV commercials (JP), more

In a little over 3 weeks, the Nintendo Switch will finally be available worldwide, and there’s still a lot we don’t know about (online services such as the Nintendo eShop, the Virtual Console, etc.). But the video uploaded today by Nintendo doesn’t allow us to learn anything new about the console or its service.

It’s a Hardware overview video, which showcases the main features of the Nintendo Switch hardware. It doesn’t reveal anything that wasn’t previously known, but if you need a refresher about everything the console and its components (Joy-Con, main unit) can do, you should definitely take a few minutes to watch it!

Next, we have a few TV commercials, that should begin airing in Japan pretty soon (if they aren’t being aired already).

Finally, here’s some good news for fans living in Switzerland. They will soon have the opportunity to try out the Nintendo Switch and its games:

• Zurich (Parc des Expos Chicago 1928), on February 11th and February 12th. It will be limited to 2×3 sessions, with 200 persons per session;
• Lausanne (Japan Impact), on February 18th and February 19th.

The Nintendo Switch comes out on March 3rd worldwide.
