New Nintendo 3DS: the official Nintendo Store (NA) now selling cover plates
Back when the New Nintendo 3DS launched in February, only the XL model was available in North America. It wasn’t until last week, with the release of the Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer bundle (including the console itself and two Animal Crossing cover plates), that the regular model was made available in the United States and Canada.
If you did get the bundle and want some additional cover plates for your handheld, there’s always import… but also the official Nintendo Store, which started selling some plates last week.
