[N-Direct] Guru Guru! Chibi Robo! announced for 3DS, Chibi Robo amiibo

One of the most surprising announcements from today’s Japanese Nintendo Direct is the new Chibi Robo game, for the Nintendo 3DS. Called Guru Guru! Chibi Robo!, it’s not a “traditional” Chibi Robo game, but instead an action-platformer where Chibi Robo uses its plug to defeat enemies and navigate through the various levels.

There’s still a lot we don’t know about this game, but Nintendo announced that a Chibi Robo amiibo would be launched alongside the game. Every time you scan it, your amiibo levels up, and you get various items. But that’s not all: if you scan it while in a level, you can “transform” into Super Chibi Robo.

Unfortunately, we don’t know when Guru Guru! Chibi Robo! will be released in the West. In Japan, the game will come out this Autumn!
