My Time At Portia releasing on April 16th, digital pre-orders now live
If you’ve been eyeing My Time At Portia ever since its announcement for the Nintendo Switch many months ago, here’s some good news: it finally has a release date! Team17 have announced that it will be released on April 16th in Europe and North America. Even better news for those of you who want the game on physical format: it’s getting a retail release on the same day!
For those of you who prefer to get their games digitally, My Time At Portia is now available for pre-purchase on the Nintendo eShop, in both Europe and North America. Anyone who pre-order the game will get the following bonuses:
- An Exclusive Outfit: Jacket and ripped jeans
- Exclusive Furniture: Lion with Wings Statue and the Cuckoo Station Clock
- Consumable Items: Rainbow Jelly and Dried Beef
- Bag of Gold: 500 Gols to spend and get you started

Start a new life and help rebuild the enchanting town of Portia from your newly inherited workshop. You’ll be able to craft and build, mine for materials and relics, farm crops and keep livestock, loot dungeons and fight monsters, and even go on dates, build relationships and get married!
Arriving in the enchanting town of Portia, you’ll be able to start a new life and set to work restoring your Pa’s neglected workshop to its former glory. Armed with your Pa’s workshop handbook and workbench, you must gather, mine and craft your way to being crowned the number one workshop in the whole of Portia!
As well as crafting and building there’s plenty more to do and discover in Portia including growing crops, raising animals, befriending the towns quirky inhabitants and uncovering the mysteries this charming post-apocalyptic land has forgotten.
