Monster Hunter XX: second trailer, more collaborations announced, footage

Today, Monster Hunter XX (Double Cross) was once again showcased during Capcom TV, and this time around, we got some really nice goodies. Let’s start with the biggest one (which wasn’t shown first): the second trailer for the game!

In this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine, Monster Hunter XX (Double Cross) gets a 10-page article detailing the new Alchemy Style, the Deviant version of the main monsters from Monster Hunter Generations, and much more (click here for plenty of details!). And the new trailer revealed today just happens to showcase that very content!

Next, a few collaborations were announced (with further details to be revealed at a later date):

  • Drifters (manga / anime), with a special katana as weapon;
  • Gudetama
  • Show by Rock

Finally, we got to see more gameplay footage for the game, once again featuring the Barufaruku (the new Main Monster):

Monster Hunter XX (Double Cross) (3DS) comes out on March 18th in Japan.
