Miitomo: functionality issues with iOS 11, Twitter app

The release of the new version of an OS (mobile or not) always leads to various compatiblity issues, and naturally, iOS 11 is no exception. In fact, Miitomo is impacted by such an issue, though fortunately, it’s nothing really major (you can still play the game).

Here’s the two issues impacting Miitomo on iOS 11:

• “An error occurs that prevents the sharing of answers or QR Code patterns via Facebook.”
• “An error occurs that prevents the sharing of answers, Miifotos, or QR Code patterns via Twitter”.

As you can see for yourself, those are not really game breaking issues, but Nintendo is already hard at work on a patch to fix them: it will be released “shortly”. Of course, when it is live, we will make sure to update this post with all the relevant details!

Also, it looks like another issue is impacting the game, but on all OS this time. Users with the Twitter app ver. 7.7 are experiencing errors when attempting to share answers, Miifotos, or QR Code via Twitter. Just like the issues with iOS 11, Nintendo is already hard at work on fixing that issue, and an anniuncement will be sent out when the issue is finally resolved.

However, it’s not clear whether that particularly issue will be solved via the same Software update as the ones impacting users on iOS 11.
