LEGO Dimensions: trailer for Scooby-Doo

LEGO DimensionsUnlike Disney Infinity, which only features characters and worlds from Disney (which still leaves room for a lot of variety!), LEGO Dimensions has characters/worlds from various franchises: Back to the Future, Portal, The Simpsons, and more. Today, Warner Bros. revealed a new trailer for the game, showcasing the Scooby-Doo characters (along with the iconic vehicle).

This trailer is a bit special: it’s actually a Scooby-Doo short, which does shows some gameplay footage. In this short, Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo order some pizza for dinner, but along with the pizza box, they get a mysterious black box: it contains the famous portal that players use in order to interact with the game via the figures.

LEGO Dimensions (Wii U) comes out on September 27th in North America, and September 29th in Europe.
