Yo-kai Watch (movie)
Earlier this week, it was announced that the latest Yo-kai Watch movie would open on December 16th in Japan. Its title is “Eiga Youkai Watch Shadow Side: Onio no Fukkatsu” (lit. Yo-kai Watch The Movie Shadow Side: Ressurection of the Demon King).

In a recent interview with Nikkei, Akihiro Hino explained that one of the reasons the Yo-kai Watch franchise as a whole was on the decline was because it only appealed to kids now. Level-5 has plans to fix that, starting with this movie.
