On Wednesday, Nintendo didn’t reveal next week’s line-up for the Wii U Virtual Console in Japan, as they usually do. There’s a good reason for that: there will not be any Nintendo eShop releases next week in Japan, due to to the Silver Week. Therefore, Japanese players will have to wait until September 30th for new Virtual Console titles!
And as expected, Nintendo did announce the Wii U Virtual Console line-up for September 30th this morning. As usual, there will be three new titles:
- Metroid Prime Hunters (Nintendo, Nintendo DS): 950 Yen
- Gradius (Konami, MSX): 823 Yen
- Rushing Beat (Hamster, Super Famicom): 823 Yen
Unfortunately, we don’t know if/when those games will be released in Europe and/or in North America. Metroid Prime: Hunters is guaranteed to come out in the west, at least!
