Inazuma Eleven: new anime series debuting in October, Inazuma Eleven: Orion no Kokuin

Today, during another special event dedicated to the Inazuma Eleven anime series, it was announced that a new Inazuma Eleven anime series will debut this October: Inazuma Eleven: Orion no Kokuin (lit. the Mark of Orion). It will air every Friday at 5.55PM JST, which is the same timeslot as the current anime series: Inazuma Eleven Ares.

This new anime series will follow the story of Inazuma Japan: a team made of various characters from the Inazuma Eleven series, representing Japan on the global stage at the Football Frontier International. Naturally, there’s the three protagonists of Inazuma Eleven Ares (Inamori Asuto, Aizaki Ryouhei, and Nosaka Yuuma), but also top players from various schools. The team also includes players from overseas.

In Inazuma Eleven: Orion no Kokuin, players will follow the intense competition at Football Frontier International, filled with strategy, betrayals, conflicts… There’s also a mysterious group of players, known as The Apostles of Orion.
