Hyrule Warriors Legends: pre-loading available in JP, filesize, screens, amiibo, and more

Hyrule Warriors LegendsHyrule Warriors Legends comes out tomorrow in Japan, and it’s finally available for pre-loading on the Nintendo eShop. If you buy and download the digital version of the game now, you will be able to start playing it right away when it launches, today at 12AM JST!

Here’s some “technical” details about the game:

  • Filesize: 16 101 blocks / 2GB
  • Genre: Action
  • Players: 1 (you can control up to 4 characters)
  • Save data file: 1
  • Internet play: special battles
  • Local play: trading Rental Skills for your fairy (2 to 4 people), special battles

Also, Nintendo’s website confirms once more that Hyrule Warriors Legends is indeed compatible with amiibo, and they work just like in Hyrule Warriors:

  • the amiibo from The Legend of Zelda series allow you to get rare weapons, once a day
  • all the other amiibo allow you to get materials or rupees at random, once a day

However, there’s a difference: Link’s amiibo does not unlock the Spinner, which is included right from the start.
