- Le Circuit des Ecuyers
- A new track has been added: Le Circuit des Ecuyers, located just 90 minutes from Paris, France, is a modern track is known for its technical layout and offers a challenging drive across 17 tight turns. While mostly used for test and advanced driving days, it’s also hosted a few minor competitions. Players can race across the track’s three different layouts starting today on Steam and Epic Games Store, with Nintendo Switch support coming soon.

- Time tracking for Qualification 2 in FEED Racing School has been corrected.

Online
- CROSS-PLATFORM: Nintendo Switch, Steam and Epic Games Store players can now play together online.
- When you can’t find a quick game, you’re now invited to create a lobby instead.
- Added a button to select your online region directly in Public / Private game modes.
Gameplay
- Slipstream: The slipstream phenomenon has been increased.
- Slipstream: A.I. should take better account of slipstream.
- Track exits should be better calculated, more precise and less penalizing.
- In local multiplayer, players can now play with the camera inside the car.
- “Manual” standing start now expects the player to shift into first gear (shifting into first gear will no longer be automatic).
Bugfix
- Main menu music should reactivate normally if player skips tutorial (on first game launch).
- Fix player 2+ options navigation in local multi if player 2+ was a keyboard.
- The LolaB02/00 should display its RPM/KMHs correctly in cockpit view.

How to download updates for Hot Lap Racing for the Nintendo Switch?
To download the updates for Hot Lap Racing, you have three options:
- let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off
If not…
- try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;
OR
- select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.
To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
