Fire Emblem Heroes – Choose Your Legends: Round 2 – What is it?

Choose Your Legends is a special event for Fire Emblem Heroes, where fans can vote for their favourite characters across the entire Fire Emblem series (including Japan-only entries). Basically, it’s some sort of global popularity contest, where the most popular characters get added to the game as Special Heroes with not only a special appearance, but also a different set of skills than their regular counterpart.

Fire Emblem Heroes – Choose Your Legends: Round 2 – How does it work?

Every day during the event, you can vote for your favourite character. It doesn’t have to be the same, you can vote for a different character each time. The only “restriction” is that you can only vote once per day. A new day for the event starts at the same time as the event itself (see times below for reference).

To vote, you have two options: you can either select your Heroes from one of the many games in the Fire Emblem series, or instead, you can have one selected at random for you.

After voting has ended, the votes from everyone worldwide will be tallied, and the Top 2 male and female characters will be the winners: they will be added as Special Heroes at a later date.

A quick note about voting: you cannot vote for some characters (namely Ike (Path of Radiance), Lyn, Roy, Lucina, Ike (Radiant Dawn), and Masked Marth).

By using your Nintendo Account, you will be able to get 100 Platinum Coins the first time you submit your vote (and only once!). The Platinum Coins will be distributed after the event has ended, at an unspecified date.

But it’s not just Platinum Coins you can get using a Nintendo Account: you can also get three wallpapers, by voting 3, 5, and 7 times. Basically, if you want all three wallpapers, make sure to log-in to your Nintendo Account before voting for the first time, and not to miss a single vote! Fire Emblem Heroes – Choose Your Legends: Round 2 – When does it take place?

The Choose Your Legends: Round 2 event takes place from:

• Europe: January 22nd (4AM) to January 29th (3.59AM)
• UK: January 22nd (3AM) to January 29th (2.59AM)
• North America (ET): January 21st (10PM) to January 28th (9.59PM)
• North America (PT): January 21st (7PM) to January 28th (6.59PM)
• Japan: January 22nd (12PM) to January 29th (11.59AM)

Unfortunately, we don’t know when the Special Heroes will be added to the game, but if the first Choose Your Legends event is anyting to go by, it won’t be until several months after voting has ended that the Special Heroes will be available.
