Famitsu previews (August 4th) – Splatoon / Devil’s Third / Monster Strike

Splatoon

With the first major update for Splatoon releasing this Thursday (Wednesday evening in North America), it was not surprising that Splatoon would be featured in Famitsu magazine this week. Quite obviously, the article will mainly focus on the update itself, detailing its contents (such as the new gear, the new multiplayer modes, and more).

Famitsu also gives us a good look at the Sushi Chef outfit, which won the Famitsu’s Squid Fashion Contest a few months ago.

Monster Strike

This week, Famitsu will have a 11 page article entirely dedicated to the Monster Strike series. The Nintendo 3DS game will be featured, with some new screenshots and an interview of Koki Kimura (Producer and Director of the Monster Strike series). The magazine will also have artwork for the various characters of the anime series, as well as comments from the voice actors.

Here’s the preview from Famitsu magazine:

Monster Strike (3DS) will launch this year in Japan.

Devil’s Third

Since Devil’s Third is already available in Japan, Famitsu magazine will not have new information about Devil’s Third this week. However, the magazine will have an article about the game, with some tips to guide players through the beginning of the game.

Here’s the preview from Famitsu magazine:

Devil’s Third (Wii U) comes out on August 28th in Europe, and in Q4 2015 in North America.
