EVO 2018: BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle: more DLC / DragonBall FighterZ: new character
Last week-end, at Evo 2018, publishers made various announcement for their fighting games. On Nintendo platforms, and more precisely the Nintendo Switch, we have Nintendo who announced a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct for this Wednesday. But that’s not all: Arc System Works announced more DLC characters for BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, and Bandai-Namco announced a new character for Dragon Ball FighterZ!
BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle
Today, not one but three DLC Packs will be released. They cost 600 Yen each, and include the following characters:
DLC Pack 4
- Izayoi (from BlazBlue CentralFiction)
- Merkava (from Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st])
- Mitsuru Kirijo (from Persona 4 Arena)
DLC Pack 5
- Yuzuriha (from Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st])
- Akihiko Sanada (from Persona 4 Arena)
- Mai = Natsume (from BlazBlue CentralFiction))
DLC Pack 6
- Nine = The = Phantom (from BlazBlue CentralFiction)
- Mika (from Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st])
- Labrys (from Persona 4 Arena)

DragonBall FighterZ
A new DLC character was revealed for DragonBall FighterZ: Cooler. He was shown in the second half of the EVO 2018 trailer for the game, which also showcase previously announced DLC characters (Base Boku and Base Vegeta).

Unfortunately, we don’t know when this DLC character will be available on Nintendo Switch.
DragonBall FighterZ (Switch) comes out on September 27th in Japan, and September 28th in Europe and North America.
