[Europe] Nintendo 2DS bundles releasing on October 7th, Yo-kai Watch 2 in Spring
Today is the first day of gamescom 2016, so naturally, Nintendo is taking that opportunity to make some announcements: two Nintendo 2DS bundles, and Yo-kai Watch 2 release window for Europe!
Nintendo 2DS bundles
Earlier today, Nintendo announced that three new colours for the New Nintendo 3DS XL would be released on November 11th. But it turns out that the Nintendo 2DS is also getting some love with not one, but two bundles releasing on October 7th in Europe:
- Yo-kai Watch: includes a blue Nintendo 2DS and the game (pre-installed)
- Nintendo Presents: New Style Boutique 2 – Fashion Forward: includes a pink Nintendo 2DS and the game (pre-installed)

Yo-kai Watch 2
Talking of Yo-kai Watch, Nintendo announced that Yo-kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits / Fleshy Souls (localised titles TBC) would be released in Spring 2017. Fans had to wait several months after the North American release for the first game, and it looks like they will have to wait quite as long for the sequel.
Unfortunately, that’s all Nintendo had to say about this sequel, and we have nothing regarding the anime series or Hasbro’s toys.
Yo-kai Watch 2 (3DS) comes out on September 30th in North America, October 15th in Australia, and Spring 2017 in Europe.
