Jack N’ Jill DX

Yesterday, Ratalaika Games announced that Rohan Narang’s Jack N’ Jill DX will be released on September 28th worldwide. It will cost 4.99€ / $4.99.

Here’s a trailer and some details:

Once upon a time, Jack and Jill, went up the hill, to fetch a pail of water. It didn’t particularly end well for them, and to be honest, things aren’t exactly great for another Jack and Jill either.

 

In Jack N’ Jill DX, players must assume the role of Jack, overcoming many hazards, in a bid to reach Jill, who awaits him at the end of 140 levels, in typical old-school one-button platformer fashion! But, for the players who feel the guy should be the one who needs saving, we absolutely agree and that’s why Jill is available as a playable character as well!

  • 7 worlds made up of 20 levels each
  • 7 in-game mini-games., where you can earn tickets for the in-game store
  • 1 button gameplay
  • In-game store with in-game tickets that are used for unlocking hats and screen colours
  • Mirror mode
  • 2 Playable characters

Ultimate Chicken Horse

Ultimate Chicken Horse finally comes out this week on Nintendo Switch (tomorrow, in fact!), but it looks like a couple of bugs still managed to pass through the various rounds of rigorous QA. Clever Endeavour Games have shared details about both:

  • Issue #1: IN SHARED CONTROLLER MODE, there is a certain probability that the game will crash upon returning to the Treehouse. This is worse in some languages than others.
    • fix already submitted, will be included in post-launch patch;
  • Issue #2: IN THE GERMAN LOCALIZED VERSION, there is a high probability that the game will crash upon returning to the Treehouse after playing a match
    • to be fixed as soon as possible. You can avoid it by not playing in German.
