eShop news (Dec. 1): Shakedown Hawaii (teaser trailer) / Yacht Club Games @ Game Awards

Today’s Indie news: a second teaser trailer for Shakedown Hawaii, but also…

  • Yacht Club Games @ Game Awards
  • Mercenaries Saga 3
  • SDK Spriter
  • 3Souls

Shakedown Hawaii

One year ago, VBlank Entertainment announced Shakedown Hawaii: a follow-up to the popular Retro City Rampage. A few months later, we got a teaser trailer, but the game remains rather mysterious. If you’ve been dying to see more of the game, your wish has come true: a second teaser trailer was uploaded yesterday!

Here it is:

Shakedown Hawaii will be released on Nintendo 3DS, via the Nintendo eShop. But since the trailer mentions only “Nintendo”, but it wouldn’t be surprising if we also saw that game on the Nintendo Switch later down the line!

Yacht Club Games @ Game Awards

The Game Awards 2016 show will take place later today, and it looks like Yacht Club Games are going to reveal something there. What exactly? The following tweet gives us pretty obvious clue:

Mercenaries Saga 3

Can’t wait to play Mercenaries Saga 3? Here’s some good news: the game is almost ready for release, and Circle Ent. is actually waiting for the final confirmation. If everything goes well, it should be released in mid-December.

SDK Spriter

Earlier today, Daniel Gump from Hullbreach Studios announced that SDK Spriter (on Wii U) would be released on December 8th in North America. Naturally, that date has already been added to the Upcoming Releases page!

3Souls

Today, Red Column revealed the winners of their Miiverse drawing contest for 3Souls. As announced previously, ten winners were selected, and won a download code for 3Souls (including the two upcoming episodes, not just Episode 1: Nelesa). You can check out the winning entries by clicking here!
