ELDEN RING: details and pictures for the Tarnished Edition extras (new base templates, armour, more)
As announced during the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct back in April, ELDEN RING Tarnished Edition is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 later this year. This version will include both the base game and the SHADOW OF THE ERDTREE expansion, but also some extras: new weapons, armor, a new Torrent appearance customization, and more.
And today, during the FROMSOFTWARE GAMES EVENT Spring 2025 in Japan, From Software shared some details (and pictures) about those extras.
First up, we have two new base templates for your character:
- Knight of Ides
- Heavy Knight
Unfortunately, no other details about them (like stats, abilities, etc.) were shared.
The Tarnished Edition also includes the following extras:
- 3 customization options for Torrent
- 4 new pieces of armour
- new weapons
- new battle abilities
- and more
