Dragalia Lost: Forced Exit Maintenance and various changes coming next week (January 28th/29th)

Next week, in order to prepare for some changes, Dragalia Lost will undergo “Forced Exit Maintenance”. Basically, if you’re still playing when it starts, you will be kicked out of the game no matter what. Of course, you will not get any rewards for any quest underway, but you will also not use any stamina or getherwings. Resuming the game after the maintenance has ended won’t change anything: you will still be kicked out as soon as the game communicated with the servers (map change, etc.).

As usual, the developers recommend you claim the daily reward from the 30-Day Pack (Recovery) before maintenance begins. For more details about when the maintenance takes place in your region, make sure to check out this page!

Here’s the various changes that will go live once the maintenance is over:

1. Players will now be guaranteed a 5★ adventurer when performing the initial tutorial summon after creating game data for the first time.
After this maintenance is complete, we will send one 5★ Summon Voucher to all players who created game data and performed the initial summon by Jan 28 18:00, 2019(PT).

2. Players will now be able to participate in co-op without expending stamina by using getherwings. Hosts will now use getherwings instead of stamina when playing co-op quests.

3. The Getherwing cost of the following quests will be reduced from 3 to 2 for all elements:
・Dragon Trials: Master
・Imperial Onslaught: Master
・Imperial Onslaught: Expert

Those are the very changes that were details in this post, as well as What’s Ahead for Dragalia Lost Part 2.

Finally, a quick note about the 5★ Summon Voucher: it can only be used in the 5★ Summon summon showcase. It cannot be used for the special Summon Showcase events, that include time-limited adventurers.

As usual, keep an eye on the Events and Content Updates and Summons pages to keep up to date with all that’s happening in Dragalia Lost!
