Devil’s Third: Japanese overview video

Devil's Third title

This morning, Nintendo uploaded the Japanese overview video for Devil’s Third, which is coming out in less than two weeks in Japan (on August 4th). The trailer starts by showing some story cutscenes, before jumping straight into Single Player gameplay. We even get to see some of the bosses, such as the various members of the School of Democracy.

The overview video also showcase the multiplayer, which seems to be quite over the top (with a rather surprising large amount of chickens). As mentionned before, the multiplayer pits two clans in hectic battles in a post-apocalyptic world. You can join an already existing clan, or make your own (where you can customise the base with various buildings and decorations).

And on Facebook, Tomonobu Itagaki explained that the development team actually had to adapt the Unreal Engine 3 to the Wii U after getting the source code.

Devil’s Third (Wii U) comes out on August 4th in Japan, August 28th in Europe and in Q4 2015 in North America.
