Dragon Quest XI S

During a stage presentation at the Tokyo Games Show 2018, Yuji Horii finally shared some details about the Nintendo Switch version of Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age. Unfortunately, he didn’t say much, and didn’t even show a single second of footage (not even a screenshot).

He revealed that this version of the game will be known as Dragon Quest XI S. The S stands for the following:

• Switch (obviously)
• Shaberu (to talk, in Japanese)
• Seijyuu-san (voice actor in Japanese)

In other words, we have confirmation that the Nintendo Switch version of Dragon Quest XI S will feature voice acting… but that’s pretty much all we know about it for now!

Dragon Quest XI S (Switch) doesn’t have a release date yet.
