Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp – More details about Ver. 1.3.0

Earlier today, Nintendo released the latest Software update for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. It brings the game to Ver. 1.3.0, but doesn’t add any major features. That doesn’t mean there’s nothing of interest in this update, far from it: it brings some useful changes, and also some important bug fixes after all.

The first new feature is size records for Bugs and Fish. Now, whenever you catch something (let it be a fish or a bug), its size is recorded. You can check the sizes of all the fish and bugs you’ve caught in the Catalog, at any time.

The second new feature is going to please players who love gardening, as it makes it much simpler. You can now plant, harvest, and water multiple flowers at once!

And in case you forgot, this new update is also supposed to bring Fishing Tourneys, but nothing has been announced so far.

But that’s not all… this update fixes a couple of issues:

  • when swapping out your campsite’s visitors for quests who had requested special furniture, the game would crash;
  • selecting “Please show me!” when speaking to Leif for the first time during the Leif’s Spring Flower Event would make the game crash;
  • various minor issues.

Finally, Nintendo mentions “minor changes to graphics”, but does not provide additional details.

As always, make sure to check out the Events and Content Updates page for more details about all that’s happening in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp!
