Nintendo Switch Sports Resort: overview trailer, JP commercials
It’s almost time to return to Wuhu Island! In just two weeks, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide (alongside a bundle including the console and the game). It will offer 12 sports, various activities and game modes, and more!
And ahead of that release, Nintendo has just shared the usual overview trailer for the game. It runs for over 7 minutes, and details everything the game has to offer.

The latest game in the intuitive sports series is coming to Nintendo Switch 2!
Get moving solo or with family and friends across 12 immersive sports. Aim for the target’s center in Archery, knock down pins in Bowling, duke it out in Boxing, and more!
You can also explore the island! Use Joy-Con 2 mouse controls in Skateboarding, steer across the waves in Power Cruising, and tilt the controller to fly around freely in Prop Plane.
Plus, in online or offline play, you can challenge Island Champions in the brand-new Island Crown mode, enjoy minigames with different rules, and customize your Sportsmate or Mii character with items!
And that’s not all! Nintendo has also shared not one, but four commercials for the game, straight from Japan:
