  • FIX: Grabbed object leftover clashed with newly rebuilt one at the same place – i.e. signal not active after save&load
  • FIX: Red flag (possible delay warning) in Active Contracts was wrongly calculated – total time over passed stations & accumulated delay overflowing to next segment was not taken into account
  • FIX: Auto-accept & auto-reverse flags were left enabled in Rio de Janeiro and München in-game maps
  • FIX: Auto-accept & auto-reverse flags were left enabled when the respective upgrades were installed & uninstalled in the Editor. Train then entered the map automatically without possibility to disable until upgrades installed in-game.
  • FIX: Typos in Lyon map station names
  • FIX: Unable to switch to the Editor while Story of Jozic was in chapter when Miloš entices the player to betray Jozic
  • FIX: Impossibility to empty hand when Perpetual / Shunting Circuit was grabbed from Manual Signal

How to download updates for Rail Route on Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Rail Route, you have three options:

  • let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

  • try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

  • select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
