Pokkén Tournament: Shadow Mewtwo officially revealed

This week-end, we found out about a mysterious “Dark Mewtwo“: a special boss character that appears under certain conditions in the Arcade version of Pokkén Tournament. Apparently, it’s able to Mega-Evolve into Mega Mewtwo X, which makes us wonder if it can also Mega Evolve into Mega Mewtwo Y.

Today, The Pokémon Company uploaded an updated version of the reveal trailer for the Wii U version of Pokkén Tournament. The only difference with the original is a short teaser at the end, which shows Shadow Mewtwo (the English name of this Pokémon). However, the questions remain: is that an actual new Pokémon from the mailine games? Something made only for Pokkén Tournament?
