amiibo Touch & Play: Nintendo Classics Highlights coming out on April 30th in Europe and North America

Yesterday, Nintendo sent out a Press Release to confirm that amiibo tap: Nintendo’s Greatest Bits would also come out on April 30th in North America.

amiibo Touch & Play: Nintendo Classics Highlights came out today in Japan, and it allows players to use amiibo to unlock special scenes from select NES and SNES titles. And it looks like European players won’t have to wait too long before being able to download this free app, as it will come out next week in Europe!

Nintendo announced it a few minutes ago on their official Twitter account:

Unfortunately, we don’t know when the app will be released in North America, but we should hear about it later today, when Nintendo sends its weekly PR for Nintendo eShop releases in North America.
