Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter: latest videos (Olivier Character Trailer, Regional Introduction: Ruan) and more pictures
Nihon Falcom and GungHo have shared some more videos for Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter, the remake of the first entry in the Trails series.
First up, here’s the character trailer for Olivier Lenheim (voiced by Takehito Koyasu in Japanese, and Matthew Mercer in Jpaanese):
A wandering musician hailing from the empire.
A mysterious traveling musician from the great northern nation, the Erebonian Empire.
Musically gifted, he can play everything from the piano to the lute, but tends to be extremely self-absorbed.
Often confuses those around him with his unpredictable words and actions, but that same unpredictability also comes in handy at times.Has sharp insight, as he instantly saw through the identities of Estelle and the others upon their first meeting.
His reason and purpose for visiting the Liberl Kingdom is completely unknown.
Next up is another video showcasing one of the regions of the game. This time, we get a look at the coastal city of Ruan!
A coastal city that faces the Azelia Bay in Western Ruan.
Once a thriving hub for maritime trade, Ruan shifted its focus to tourism following the Orbal Revolution, as airships took over as the primary form of transportation.
The magnificent contrast between the deep blue sea and the pristine white buildings attracts many visitors. Langland Bridge, a drawbridge located in the city center, is also a popular attraction.
Manoria Village
A rest stop in the Ruan region where white magnolia flowers proliferate, enveloping waylaid travelers in their sweet, gentle fragrance.
While the village is known for its blossoms, the windmill area on the outskirts also serves as an observation point, providing a stunning panoramic view of the sparkling Azelia Bay. Many tourists from the city of Ruan visit specifically to marvel at this breathtaking scenery.
Varenne Lighthouse
A lighthouse that ensures the safety of ships navigating Azelia Bay.
A local lighthouse keeper manages the facility around the clock, maintaining the orbal light to guide vessels even during storms or in the dead of night.
Jenis Royal Academy
A royal boarding school that gathers prodigies and the children of influential figures from across the Kingdom.
Under the guidance of Headmaster Collins, one of Liberl’s foremost scholars, the royal academy’s distinguished faculty instructs students across three academic departments: Social Studies, Natural Sciences, and Humanities.
The school hosts an annual festival that is open to the public, inviting not only students’ families but also alumni and prominent figures from various fields to attend.
