Valentine’s Day Update
  • New Valentine’s Day DLC – Dress to impress with the Cupid-themed armour set featuring a new Helmet, Pauldron, winged Cuirass, and Bow, plus full upgrade trees!

How to Unlock:

  • New Game: Some items and blueprints are earned after completing the intro quest (automatically added to Inventory).
  • Existing Saves: If you’ve already passed the intro, the items will be automatically added to Arlo’s Inventory.
New Features & Improvements
  • Subtitle Size setting – Adjust text size to make sure every rat gets the perfect reading experience.
Fixes & Adjustments
  • Fixed the ‘Load Game’ menu not opening if a save file was corrupted.
  • Fixed a game freeze caused by Mudwyrms using the Dig circle marker attack simultaneously.
  • Fixed WereOwl Pauldron items displaying awkwardly while sprinting.
  • Adjusted crafting requirements for:
    • Fire Wyrm Sting (One-Handed Spear)

How to download updates for Tails of Iron 2: Whiskers of Winter for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Tails of Iron 2: Whiskers of Winter, you have three options:

  • let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

  • try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

OR

  • select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
