Valentine’s Day Update

New Valentine’s Day DLC – Dress to impress with the Cupid-themed armour set featuring a new Helmet, Pauldron, winged Cuirass, and Bow, plus full upgrade trees!

How to Unlock:

New Game: Some items and blueprints are earned after completing the intro quest (automatically added to Inventory).

Existing Saves: If you’ve already passed the intro, the items will be automatically added to Arlo’s Inventory.

New Features & Improvements

Subtitle Size setting – Adjust text size to make sure every rat gets the perfect reading experience.

Fixes & Adjustments

Fixed the ‘Load Game’ menu not opening if a save file was corrupted.

Fixed a game freeze caused by Mudwyrms using the Dig circle marker attack simultaneously.

Fixed WereOwl Pauldron items displaying awkwardly while sprinting.

How to download updates for Tails of Iron 2: Whiskers of Winter for the Nintendo Switch?

To download the updates for Tails of Iron 2: Whiskers of Winter, you have three options:

let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off

If not…

try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;

select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.

To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
