Super Mario Bros. Encyclopedia
Next month (on October 19th), Nintendo will release a Super Mario Bros. encyclopedia in Japan. The book will cost 3 132 Yen (at least on Amazon), with 256 pages filled with details, artworks and more on 17 games (from the original Super Mario Bros. on the NES to Super Mario 3D World on Wii U): characters, enemies, stages, items, power-ups and more. There will be even be some useful tips and tricks for each game.
The book will also include a chronology, listing all the games Mario has appeared in the last 30 years. And of course, there will be some comments from Nintendo staff, including Takashi Tezuka.

Let’s Super Mario
Back at E3, Nintendo launched Let’s Super Mario: a website can send their video tribute to the Mario series as a whole. This morning, Nintendo uploaded a “Thank you” video, that you can find below.

If you live in the United States, you might want to check out the Today show this morning, at 9AM EDT / PDT: Super Mario Maker will be showcased, with the hosts playing the game (most likely making levels and playing them).
