Splatoon: results of the third European and North American Splatfest

Europe

In Europe, players had the choice between Team North Pole and Team South Pole, and it’s the former which was most popular. Unlike the North American Splatfest, the results of the popularity vote weren’t lopsided, with 52% of all votes for the North Pole and 48% for the South Pole. Unfortunately for fans for Father Squidmas, Team South Pole won more matches, which allowed them to win this third European Splatfest!

– Popularity: North Pole (52%) / South Pole (48%)
– Wins: North Pole (48%) / North Pole (52%)
– Total: North Pole (244 points) / South Pole (256 points)

North America

In North America, players had the choice between Team Marshmallow and Team Hot Dog, and it’s the former which was the most popular… by far! Indeed, 64% of all players who took part in the Splatfest chose Marshmallows over Hot Dogs, which is why they still managed to win the Splatfest despite not winning as many matches as Team Hot Dogs (which won 52% of all their matches).
