Sky: Children of the Light – Season of the Nine-Colored Deer to kick off on January 15th

thatgamecompany has just announced that the next season of their social adventure game, Sky: Children of the Light, is just around the corner. It’s called Season of the Nine-Colored Deer, and it will run from January 15th to March 31st.

Protected by the legendary Nine-Colored Deer, chaos emerges in Sky’s sacred realms after a traitor disrupts the peace, leading players to take matters into their own hands and reverse the damage brought upon the world. Drawing inspiration from the sand dunes and mountain peaks of Journey, Sky kids will fly through a newly unveiled tranquil desert to meet four unique Spirits, each with their own compelling memories and lessons to share.

To immerse themselves in the adventure this season holds, players can visit the fifth new spirit, the Season Guide, and complete quests in the Friendship Tree to explore the legend of the majestic protector. The spiritual Nine-Colored Deer Season also brings a variety of expressive emotes to obtain, and vibrant cosmetics, including bold hairstyles, dressy shawls, comfy trousers and more.
