Return to PoPoLoCrois: Localisation blog post #1 and first English screens

Last week, XSEED revealed its line-up for E3 2015, which includes one rather cute and charming game called Return to PoPoLoCrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale. For Tom (a huge fan of the series), this is a dream come true, and he’s been dying to say anything on this project. He’s the one who posted the very first Localisation blog post for the game, that you can find there!

PoPoLoCrois

First, he starts by explaining exactly what PoPoLoCrois is all about, starting with the very beginnings of the franchise (which started as a series of manga). Unfortunately, PoPoLoCrois isn’t really well-known outside Japan, as only one game on PSP was ever localised. Good news: you don’t need to know anything about it in order to enjoy Return to PoPoLoCrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale.

Then, Tom explains a few things about the game’s story, its world, but also its gameplay. One of the most important aspects of the game is the Harvest Moon / Story of Seasons elements, like farming, raising animals, and more.

Finally, here’s the very first English screenshots for Return to PoPoLoCrois – A Story of Seasons Fairytale (which will be playable at E3 next week!):

Return to PoPoLoCrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale (3DS) comes out this Winter in North America.
