PoPoLoCrois Bokujo Monogatari: second trailer

Last month, Marvelous revealed the very first trailer for PoPoLoCrois Bokujo Monogatari, and today, the company uploaded a new one. For those who don’t know, PoPoLoCrois Bokujo Monogatari is a new entry in the PoPoLoCrois series, which adds some elements from the Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons series (called Bokujo Monogatari in Japan) to the mix.

This new trailer introduces the story via some animated cutscenes (which are voiced). In this game, the young Prince Pietro has a crucial mission:  save Galariland from Dark Beasts. To do so, he will have to travel across the four regions of Galariland (which all represent a specific season: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter), and meet lots of different characters.

The trailer shows a bit of the Battle System, which is turn-based and grid-based. For those who want to enjoy the adventure and the farming without too much trouble, there’s an auto-battle option available.

About farming: you will be able to grow some crops, raise some animals, and then sell your produce to get some money. During your adventure, you will meet various “special girls”: if you befriend them, they will come at your farm to help you with the farming.

Finally, the trailer shows some additional features, such as butterfly collecting and StreetPass. By meeting other players via StreetPass, you will be able to exchange some items with them.

PoPoLoCrois Bokujo Monogatari (3DS) comes out on June 18th in Japan.
