Ho-Oh and Lugia distribution

Today, the latest and last distribution from the Year of Legendary Pokémon went live. Until November 25th, you can get either Ho-Oh or Lugia for your copy of Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and/or Ultra Moon. You can find more details about that distribution on this page!

Pokémon Duel

The latest Gym Cup event is the Fighting Gym Cup, and it went live today. Here’s all you need to know about it:

  • Runs from November 2nd to November 6th
  • Fighting-type Movement 0, 1, and 2 figures = +1 Movement;
  • Psychic-type figures = +20 Attack (for each attack);
  • Gym Boosters available, with the contents increasing with your winning streak.
  • Shiny Ho-Oh figure available as reward
  • Trophies will be distributed to qualifying players after the event.

Pokkén Tournament DX

Today, the latest Official Group Match for Pokkén Tournament DX went live. Here’s all you need to know about it:

  • Name: Shining Feather Cup
  • Type: Basic Battle, Fixed Battle Arena
  • Runs from November 2nd to November 4th
  • Time: 3AM PT to 7PM PT / 6AM ET to 10PM ET / 5AM GMT to 9PM GMT / 6AM CET to 10AM CET / 6AM JST to 10PM JST
  • Participation prize: Shining Feather (title)
  • Ranking Prizes:
  1. Places 1 to 10 – Chrom League Master
  2. Places 11 to 30 – Red League Master
  3. Places 31 to 60 – Blue League Master
  4. Places 61 to 100 – Green League Master

Pokémon Trading Card Game

Today, the latest expansion for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Sun & Moon—Lost Thunder was released, with booster packs, theme decks, and special collections to choose from. It includes the following:

  • Over 210 cards
  • Seven powerful Prism Star cards, including three Stadium cards but also Celebi and Ditto
  • 13 Pokémon-GX (including Blacephalon-GX, Lugia-GX, Tyranitar-GX, and Zeraora-GX) and four Ultra Beasts
  • More than 20 Trainer cards

Pokkén Tournament (Arcade)

Earlier this week, Bandai-Namco announced that online services for Pokkén Tournament on Arcade would end on March 25th in Japan. After that date, features such as online play and the Bana Passport (but also all web-related features like the special website for the game) will no longer work.
