Pokémon: Nintendo 2DS / New 3DS bundles, cover plates

This year, the Pokémon series celebrates its 20th Anniversary, and The Pokémon Company has quite a few things in store to celebrate. First, some bundles were announced for Europe and North America. Both regions will not get the same bundles, as only Europe will get the same ones as in Japan.

Bundles

European bundles (available on February 27th)

  • Yellow / Blue / Red Nintendo 2DS (same model as in Japan)
  • Pokémon Blue / Red / Yellow pre-installed on the SD Card
  • stickers
  • download code for the Nintendo 3DS Theme (a different one for each model)

North America bundle (available on February 27th)

  • White New Nintendo 3DS
  • 2 sets of cover plates
  • Pokémon Red and Blue pre-installed on the SD Card
  • download code for an exclusive Nintendo 3DS Theme

Cover plates

But that’s not all: in Europe, Nintendo will also release two cover plates for the New Nintendo 3DS:

  • Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon cover plates, on February 19th (same day as the game itself)
  • Pokémon 20th Anniversary cover plates, on February 27th
