Pokémon news (September 7th) – Pokémon Shuffle: Mega Sharpedo challenge, pre-paid cards

Pokémon Shuffle

As announced last week, a new challenge featuring Mega Sharpedo has gone live in Pokémon Shuffle today. It’s a timed challenge, which allows players to get their hands on a precious Sharpedonite, to make their Sharpedo Mega-Evolve. But as usual, the reward you end up with depends on your rank at the end of the challenge:

  • Top 11,000 players  in Europe, Top 18,000 players in North America or Top 50,000 players in Japan: Sharpedonite
  • Top 16,000 players in Europe, Top 25,000 players in North America or Top 70,000 players in Japan: Attack Power Up
  • Not ranked: one Jewel

Pre-paid cards

Back in March, Nintendo released two Pokémon Shuffle-themed prepaid cards, for the Nintendo eShop. Today, Nintendo announced two mores, which will be available… right now, actually! Just like last time, there’s two designs, which are sold at the various 7-Eleven / Pokémon Centers and Lawson stores respectively.

Here’s pictures of the two pre-paid cards:
