Pokémon news round-up (March 4): Pokémon short, new Pokkén test locations

The Archdjinni of the Rings – Hoopa is the title of the 18th Pokémon movie, coming out on July 18th in Japan. A new trailer will be revealed tomorrow, during the Oha Suta show (between 6:45-7:30AM JST, on TV Tokyo), and two days later, fans will be able to discover a brand new short that stars Hoopa. It will be distributed via DVD in the 7-Eleven stores throughout Japan: to get it, fans will have to buy a special set of tickets for the movie (sold 3 180 Yen).
Pokkén Tournament: new location tests
Bandai-Namco has announced that Pokkén Tournament would get more location tests this week-end (March 7th and 8th), from 10AM to 11.30PM. The places for those new location tests are:
– SEGA Ikebukuro GiGO (tickets distributed from 8.30AM)
– Tokyo Leisureland Akihabara (tickets distributed from 9 to 9.30AM)
– Round One Stadium Sennichimae (tickets distributed from 8.30AM)
– Taito Station Shinjuku South Exit Game World
Just like the previous ones, players who go try out the game at those location tests will be able to get some special BANA Passports.
