Learn Real English With Pokemon: Bilingual XY Scope

Yesterday, The Pokémon Company released yet another free iOS app in Japan, called Learn Real English With Pokemon: Bilingual XY Scope. It basically allows users to translate text from English to Japanese: you can even do so by taking pictures of Pokémon X and Y (unfortunately, it doesn’t work with Pokémon Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire).

It also has simple lines from Pokémon games, talked lines, Pokémon names in English, and more. There’s even a special quizz allowing you to test your skills.

Learn Real English With Pokemon: Bilingual XY Scope is available for free on the AppStore, but there’s also some extras costing 480Yen each:

– additional quizzes
– time attack mode
