- Patch notes:
- Fixed crashes occuring under certain conditions.
- Fixed the following issues occuring under certain conditions:
- The information screen for Dungeons shows enemies at Lv. 9999 or higher;
- The player repeatedly falls out of bounds;
- Dropped gadget would remain at 0HP.
- Fixed an issue causing rewards not to be received when loading an auto-save immediately after completing a quest.
- Fixed an issue causing incorrect stats when a demon unit learning ‘Monster Soul’ is then being reincarnated with an item equipped.
- Fixed an issue preventing Apricot from dropping Gadgets after forgetting the ‘Daydream’ ability.
- Fixed typos in Help text.
- Added a warning message when confining a unit with equipment when the remaining cost is 1, so as to warn the player that the unit will be confined without their equipment due to insuficient cost.

- Known issues:
- The game crashes when selling an item, awarding a Title, or reincarnating/awakening in the Shop while possessing a Secrets Book or Sheet Music from the demo version.
- Workaround: use the Secret Book or Sheet Music obtained in the demo version first.
- The game crashes when switching Gadgets when you’re using save data transferred from the demo version.
- Workaround: do not select any Gadget other than Tank.

How to download updates for Phantom Brave: The Lost Hero for the Nintendo Switch?
To download the updates for Phantom Brave: The Lost Hero, you have three options:
- let the console do its thing if you have automatic downloads activated, and didn’t completely turn it off
If not…
- try to launch the game from the Home Menu while being connected to the internet. You should get a prompt when doing so: simply follow the instructions on screen;
OR
- select the game > press either + or – to go to the Options page > select Software update > select Via the Internet.
To check that you have the latest version installed, simply select the game on the Home Menu, and press – or + to go to the Options: the version number is displayed just below the game title.
