This week, three Nintendo Switch games releasing at retail finally got a release date: RIME, LEGO Worlds, and Minecraft: Story Mode – The Complete Adventure!
Originally slated for a May release, RiME is releasing on the Nintendo Switch on November 14th in North America, and November 17th in Europe. As mentioned previously, the price is different depending on the version you choose:
- digital: $29.99 / €34.99 / £29.99
- reail: $39.99 / €44.99 / £39.99
The retail version is more expensive, but as explained when the pricing was announced, it also includes a digital download code for the soundtrack album.

Announced a few months ago, LEGO Worlds is coming to the Nintendo Switch… next month! Yesterday, Warner Bros. sent a press release to announce that it would be released on September 8th in Europe, and September 25th (this was actually announced last month). Just like RiME, the digital and retail versions are not priced the same:
- digital: 29.99€ / £24.99 / $29.99 (just the base game, DLC sold separately)
- retail: 39.99€ / £34.99 / $39.99 (base game + Classic Space DLC + Monsters DLC)
By the way, the Monsters DLC will be released in October, and will cost 3.99€ / $3.99 / £3.49.

Minecraft: Story Mode – The Complete Adventure
This one was already listed on the Nintendo eShop for a little while, but with how frequently dates changes there, it was definitely better to wait for an official confirmation before celebrating. And that confirmation came earlier this week: Minecraft: Story Mode – The Compelte Adventure is indeed releasing on August 22nd in North America, and August 25th in Europe.
The game will be released at retail and on the Nintendo eShop, and will cost $39.99 / 39.99€ (most likely £34.99). It will include:
- all 8 episodes from the first season of Minecraft: Story Mode
- all 3 bonus episodes from the Adventure Pass add-on series
Naturally, the Upcoming Releases page has been updated with those new dates!
