Collaborations

On Tuesday, Nintendo announced two collaborations for Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer (which is coming out in exactly one week in Japan, on July 30th):

– a guest character (7Go) from 7-Eleven, which will unlock decorations related to 7-Eleven
– a guest character from Monster Hunter (a Felyne), which will unlock Monster Hunter-related decorations.

Today, 4Gamer.net shared some screenshots for those two collaborations. They are basically the same as those found on Nintendo’s website, but in better quality.

Developer Chat

During E3 2015, Nintendo recorded a video of interview / chat with Risa Tabata (Producer of Chibi Robo! Zip Lash) and Aya Kyogoku (Director of the Animal Crossing series). In this one, version topics are tackled:

– How did you get involved in gaming?
– What is it like to be a female developer at Nintendo?
– A message to females who would like to work in the industry
– Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer + amiibo Festival and Chibi Robo! Zip Lash

Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer (3DS) comes out on July 30th in Japan, September 25th in North America, and October 2nd in Europe.
Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival (Wii U) will be launched before the end of the year, worldwide.
Chibi Robo! Zip Lash (3DS) comes out this Fall in Japan, on October 9th in North America, and November in Europe.
