Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon getting a Limited Edition (NA)

Yesterday, Koei-Tecmo announced that Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon would be released in October in the West, and more precisely:

  • on October 24th in North America
  • on October 27th in Europe

We already knew that Koei-Tecmo was planning to release the game outside Japan, but we didn’t know when, or whether the Nintendo Switch would be released simultaneously or not. And there’s also the matter of the Limited Edition: the game is getting two of them in Japan, with the Premium Box and the Special Collection Box.

And it turns out that Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon is indeed a Limited Edition in North America, courtesy of… NIS America. While this may seem surprising to some of you (since this is a Koei-Tecmo game, after all), this is not the first time the two companies partner up for a Limited Edition (though it really is the first time for a Nintendo platform).

So, you’re probably wondering what’s in that Limited Edition, and the answer is… all this:

  • Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon for Nintendo Switch (physical copy)
  • Hard Cover Art Book
  • Official Soundtrack
  • Cloth Poster Design A: 24″ x 37″
  • Cloth Poster Design B: 26″ x 18″
  • Cloth Poster Design C: 34″ x 24″
  • Collector’s Box

Here’s some pictures of the contents:

If you’re interested, you can pre-order this Limited Edition from the official NIS America Store, where it’s sold $99.99. Nothing has been announced for Europe yet, but we should be getting an announcement in the near future.

Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon (Switch) comes out on August 31st in Japan, October 24th in North America, and October 27th in Europe. The Upcoming Releases page has been updated!
