  • Patch notes:
  • Added support for Ukrainian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Turkish languages.
  • Introducing two powerful Special Weapons:
    • Scimitars: An efficient way to deal with airborne enemies.
    • Gauntlet: A good way to keep enemies at a safe distance with a strong blow!
  • Discover two new amulets that will enhance your experience, whether you’re struggling, or you want a tougher challenge.
  • Improved inventory items:
    • Breakable Amulets will leave behind Leftovers, which can be sold back to The First One.
    • Memory Moulds can be reused to repeatedly listen the lore-discovering dialogues with Vladyslava.
  • Improved the Map with various additions. New icons added for Upgrades, Collectibles (Adelinka’s Earrings), and Locked/Unlocked states for Doors and Flesh Walls.
  • Superdash: Altered its input mechanics to avoid accidental triggering during combat. Also added the Up button as an alternative to the Jump button.

Moonscars – Ver. 1.5.004

  • Release date: ???
  • Patch notes:
  • Gilded enemies reworked: Instead of a permanent resistance to sword attacks, Gilded enemies now will have a magic shield that will be destroyed by a single Spell. Once the shield is broken, the enemy will receive weapon damage as normal.
  • Lajos Boss got nerfed and also will be affected by the new Gilded magic barrier. This should make fighting him more intuitive, and feel less like grinding ichor.
  • Parry system update: adjusted which enemy attacks can or cannot be parried. The unparriable attacks will now have a Blue Eye effect for clarity.
  • Fixed many freezes when fighting some large enemies.
  • Chokran Boss nerfed a bit.
  • Childspawn Spell improved: now it will properly attack airborne units and bosses.
  • Fixed a progress blocker in Earth Bowels, where a door wouldn’t open after a broken mirror.
  • Other miscellaneous fixes and performance improvements overall

Moonscars – Ver. 1.4.007

  • Release date: ???
  • Patch notes:
  • Controller rebinding option added, fixed old input rebinding bugs.
  • Navigation map completely overhauled. Added markers and other fixes related to it.
  • A new type of Dark Mirrors introduced. Now only rare, CORRUPTED mirrors require sacrificing in order to be unlocked.
  • Moonhunger system modified – now for it to activate, the player has to achieve at least 3 Spite Levels before dying.
  • Dark Mirrors gland drop bonus now costs Bone Powder instead of Glands.
  • Spells mana cost, upgrade costs and timings are better balanced.
  • Late-game balancing, including the boss Lajos.
  • Tutorial parts improved.
  • Multiple general fixes leading to soft locks or progression stopping.

Moonscars – Ver. 1.3.002

  • Release date: ???
  • Patch notes:

No patch notes available. This update brings the following to the game:

  • fixes a critical bug occuring near the end of the game
  • Soft locking in multiple situations across the game
  • Balancing for late game enemies, Moon Hunger system and many others.
  • Inability to cast a Witchery that requires more Ichor than your maximum pool
  • Grave spawning at wrong positions

(If you already encountered this issue in your saved game, please go back into the room of the Boss where this bug was encountered – it should be automatically fixed and progress allowed to continue.)
