Fire Emblem Heroes was released on February 2nd worldwide, and since then, Nintendo has added new content on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, a new Summoning Event went live today, featuring characters from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War and Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones.

And today, Nintendo announced via a notification that Fire Emblem Heroes would receive some changes via an upcoming update. The first one is going to please players who want more free Orbs: the App-Release Bonus period will be extended to March 14th.

As for the Worldwide Launch Celebration, it will also be extended, but indefinitely. In other words, the Stamina cost for the Training Tower will stay halved, and you will not have to use any Stamina at all to equip skills. It’s not clear whether this change is going to be permanent or not.

But that’s not all: some rewards will also be added to the Training Tower between Monday and Tuesday (usual “update” time), starting on Monday (February 20th). That way, players will have even more incentives to use the Training Tower to train their characters.

Finally, one of the most important changes has to do with XP. Normally, you don’t get any XP when you defeat enemies that are at a much lower level than you, but from Early March, you will be able to get some anyway (though obviously, you will most definitely get only a small amount).

Update: yesterday, Nintendo announced one more new feature for the upcoming update for Fire Emblem Heroes… Inherit Skills. Basically, this feature will let you pass on skills from one character to another. It will be added on March 16th, at the usual content update time.
