Fire Emblem Engage – Emblem Introduction: Veronica (Emblem of Heroes) [DLC]
Fire Emblem Engage features various characters from past Fire Emblem games, who are called Emblems. They appear in the form of Emblem Rings (Bracelets for DLC characters) that Units can equip in order to get a stats boost, but also gain access to special skills and abilities. And in this post, we’re going to take a look at Veronica, who is known as the Emblem of Heroes! She’s included in Wave 3 of the Expansion Pass, releasing on March 7th (North America) / March 8th (Europe and Japan).
Here’s a video showcasing this Emblem in action:
The video above also shows part of a scene where Veronica is seen talking to Alear. It looks like she wants to “recruit” him…
Veronica (voiced by Rina Hidaka in Japanese) can summon allies, and perform special attacks. Her specialty? Unconventional tactics.
Her weapon, skills, and abilities are as follows:
- Sync Skill: Reprisal. If unit’s HP is not at maximum, boosts attack power by 30% of the damage sustained.
- Engage Weapon: Hliðskjálf. Allows unit to use offensive magic. When unit initiates combat with it, enemies cannot counterattack.
- Engage Skill: Pact (official English name TBC!). When used on nearby allies, allows them to act again even if they’ve already done so during that turn. However, they will be unable to move.
- Engage Attack: Hero Summon (official English name TBC!). Allows unit to summon other units at random.
Fire Emblem Engage is now available worldwide.
